Purpose: To assist AM for all Civil works & Maintenance Jobs

Areas of Responsibilities:

• To supervise execution of civil works at different sites along with.
• To check bills and amendments of electrical works as submitted by contractors for electrical works.
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures & prepare and file accident reports
• Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews
• Liaise and work closely with Civil Contractors to utilize the day labour workforce in implementing the construction program.
• Any other task(s) pertaining to core job duties
• Ensure all work are complied with company’s health and safety policies

Education:

• D.A.E (Civil)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience of construction and maintenance works.
