Purpose


The purpose of this position is to implement strategies that foster effective change management, oversee change processes, and provide support for individuals in adapting to organizational changes.

In this role, responsibilities include designing solutions and strategies to achieve operational excellence and enhance efficiency across the Human Resource function and the entire organization. The focus will be on evaluating end-to-end business processes to pinpoint opportunities for optimization.

This role plays a vital role in translating key objectives of KE Leadership through effective Change Management process is to control the lifecycle of all changes, enabling beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption to IT services.

Education

Bachelor’s, preferably master’s degree, in Computer Sciences or Human Resource

Knowledge

Hands-on configuration and implementation knowledge for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Modules:

1. SAP HCM

2. Employee Central, SF

3. Recruiting, SF

4. Recruiting Marketing, SF

5. Onboarding, SF

6. Learning Management System, SF

7. Goals and Performance Management, SF

Sound Knowledge of Project Phases and Methodologies, especially documentation:

1. Business Requirement Documents

2. Solution Design

3. Project Plan / Project Charter / WBS

4. UAT Scripts

5. User Tutorials Sound knowledge of HR Systems and HR Processes

Experience

At least 4 implementations on SuccessFactors (EC, RCM, ONB, RMK, LMS, PMGM etc)
At least 1 implementation on SAP HCM
At least 3 HR implementations for Pakistan based companies having 1,000+ employees
Experience of integration to/from SuccessFactors with different systems, i.e., SAP HCM, SharePoint, other solutions

Area of Responsibilities

Change Management:

Systematic Approach: Implement a systematic approach to handle transitions or transformations within the company, processes, or technologies. This approach aims to minimize manual hassles and reduce the likelihood of errors.

Project Deliveries:

• Lead and ensure timely completion of all assigned projects

• Ensure smooth completion of project documentation

• Plan and organize weekly/fortnightly status meeting

• Liaison with IT Partners for successful delivery of project

System Support:

• Proper documentation of issues tracking as well as new requirements from HR Stakeholders

• Provide timely response to all stakeholders with resolution / timelines

• Ensure smooth resolution and completion of timeline

• Plan and organize weekly/fortnightly progress update meeting
