Education

Bachelors degree 

Experience

+2 years experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors

Area of Responsibilities

1. Business continuity via timely h2h resolution and Projects Delivery 
    

All application related issues or change request to be catered on time and with completeness, for continuous business operation. Ensure the h2h are attended timely and resolved within time to ensure TAT is not burst.

Target zero h2h, to adhere with minimum issues reported by business in IT applications and maximum continuity of business using IT technology.

    
2. Project Delivery 

Deliver annual projects to HR department on time

Make certain that implementation and deployment of IT annual roadmap to be done as per agreed scope and timelines.

Be part of overall project lifecycle, in terms of requirement gathering, developing its blueprint, managing the project , proper communication with both IT and Customer Services stakeholders, till the time of UAT and its delivery.

Coordinate on the healthy documentation of the project, that is complied with IT PMO, and onboard technical team for support in development and basis/services team for transports, and finally user in terms of testing and go live communication.

Alongside above engulf in following,

•    Understanding key business requirements, preparing AS-IS and TO-BE documents and signing off with users to have business blueprint document
•    To prepare the user manual and impart training to various business process owners
•    Preparing for project Go-live and post Go-Live support •    Execute necessary changes in configuration in SPRO•    To raise Change Requests (CRs) and providing functional specifications for the same
•    To prepare test data to test Change Requests
•    To test and validate Change Requests, and prepare test results
•    Making preparations for internal and document testing
•    Performing regression testing  

 
3. Business Engagements      Visiting and sharing weekly updates on ongoing IT delivery tasks to key stakeholders not limited only to head of HR but also,•    Center of Expertise

Finding new efficacy areas in the business processes, in terms of current challenges faced

Promoting SAP best practice to the business users so by using SAP standard functionality they can make their business process better  

4. Areas for improvement and RnD - 20%
Finding  IT tools in digitizing business process for better visibility, automation and decision making in HR and payroll

Researching on new IT platforms to simplify and improve business processes, present that to Team Lead EBS and making proof of concept a success for implementation.

Work on OpenText solution, SAP HCM, SF, EC, SharePoint for new hybrid designs and solutions
