Purpose
This position mainly involves reporting of technical performance and data maintenance. The role requires strong understanding of the company’s distribution network, technical processes, and relevant technical & safety SOPs. The incumbent must ensure statistical accuracy, perform analysis, and carry out timely maintenance of data for the technical scorecard performance KPIs.
This role demands maintaining strong business relationships with, Business Support (BS), Regulatory, IT, and Operations (Region/Cluster/AOC level) on technical data and performance issues.
The position holder will assist the line manager in reporting issues to management, maintain performance standards, adhere to the business code of conduct, and follow directions/guidelines from the line supervisor.
Day-to-day responsibilities include effective data management skills, compilation of monthly and quarterly reports, identification of system data glitches and pain points, follow-up on highlighted issues for early and proper resolution, an analytical approach, and excellent communication skills.
Education (Mandatory)
• Minimum graduate in any professional discipline; an advanced degree in Business Management/Business Analytics will be preferred
Years of Experience
• Relevant experience of up to 2 years in any analytical role
Functional Competencies
Area of Responsibilities
1. Tech Performance Activities
• Partnering with Clusters/AOC & other stakeholders to timely report/resolve performance KPIs related issues.
• Prepare reports on monthly and quarterly results of the technical scorecard of predefined KPIs in order to monitor operations and incentive disbursement.
• Maintain performance reporting and analytics on the key drivers of value in the technical operations (PIRs / GAP Analysis).
• Development and recommendation of technical KPIs to improve technical performance and customer centricity.
2. Data Management
• Utilize different MIS systems (OMS, SAP, CRM, QlikView) to provide oversight and monitoring in all required performance areas.
• Engage with IT on MIS data issues, critically review system data, and identify/rectify data glitches for accurate performance visibility.
• Maintain data archive / data repository for timely references.
• Handle adhoc requirements or support roles as needed.
3. People Management
• Identify training / understanding requirements for the role.
• Assist in career planning of subordinates/trainees in coordination with the line manager.
• Create team spirit and ensure seamless interaction.
