Job Purpose
This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of scorecard reports and analysis, and distribution publications that contribute to informed decision-making and effective communication.
Education & Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and MS-Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Scorecard Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for scorecards.
- Develop and maintain scorecard templates and framework aligned with organizational goals.
- Regularly update and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data to derive meaningful insights for inclusion in scorecards, performance reporting pack and distribution publications.
- Generate and present comprehensive reports highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and customize output accordingly.
Distribution Publications:
- Design and develop a format on which Distribution insights, achievements and efforts are shared on a regular basis.
- Coordinate and work closely with MARCOMS to ensure high-quality and visually appealing publications
Knowledge
- Understanding of scorecard frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques and deriving business insights.
- Knowledge of reporting standards, data visualization, and corporate communications.
- Awareness of business administration and finance principles.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration for data gathering and reporting.
