PURPOSE
Responsible for leading the design and support of enterprise-wide GIS business intelligence applications and architecture. Works with enterprise-wide business and technical management to understand and prioritize data and information requirements. Solves complex technical problems. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user. Creates testing methodology and criteria. Designs and coordinates a curriculum for coaching and training customers in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision‐making capability. Develops standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems. Develops data/information quality metrics. Researches new technology and develops business cases to support enterprise wide GIS business intelligence solutions.
Education & Relevant Experience: Masters in GIS or Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, 1+ years of experience

1 Web Applications and Spatial Database 30
• Developing application interfaces on ArcGIS Portals to build use cases required by the GIS customers.
• Developing Web services on ArcGIS servers to be consumed for application development and integrations.
• Customizing the attribute tables in ArcSDE (Spatial Database Engine) for data storage in GIS.
• Reconciling and posting the daily network changes from multi-user versioning environment to business tables.

• Develop excel based asset Quantification reports using SQL and Oracle for TPRE, Planning and Operations departments to make business decisions better.
• Develop analytical dashboards using analytical tools i.e. Qlikview, PowerBI and ArcGIS Dashboards for multiple KE stakeholders.
• Develop analytical maps on electrical datasets using ArcMap.
• Creating "shapefiles" to merge topographical data with external data by layering external data over a topographical map.
• Produce reports on geographic data utilizing data visualizations.
• Develop reports on IRE using Geocortex.

• Create sophisticated statistical and machine learning models that unlock the full potential of your data
• Use historic trends and additional information to uncover trends and patterns and make spatiotemporal forecasts
• Perform predictive analytics to make accurate predictions using powerful statistical and machine learning methods, as well as specialized spatial modeling approaches
• Use spatial tools and algorithms and generate reports for end users which help them to find the best location, allocate resources effectively, meet demand, and minimize cost
• Generate report to improve route planning
4 End-User support 20
• Provides first-level support to the end-users on GIS applications i.e. Web, Mobile, and Dashboards by resolving the issues related to functionality/usage.
• Provide second-level support by troubleshooting the technical issues of the end-users for GIS applications related to the non-connectivity, system incompatibility, and app downtime.
• Escalate the issues with the IT development team if any program related bug arises in end-user dashboards.
