Education & Relevant Experience:

Minimum Graduate with 1 years of relevant experience

 

Recovery of Dues:

  • Manages timely recovery from regular and defaulting consumers as per laid down scorecard criteria
  • Identifies and brings to the attention of Line Manager initiatives having the potential to deliver significant Business benefits
  • Liaisons with CM function for identification of areas/PMTs/circuits having deteriorated network health and where necessary carry out joint field activity
  • Contributes to the centralized company initiatives aimed at aiding IBC routine recovery operations (IBC on wheels, special recovery drives, Camping Activities etc.)
  • Interacts with area stakeholders for recovery from defaulters and to form better working environment
  • Ensure work will be done through DC-RC Digitalization
  • Manage CRMC Teams (SRC and RO portfolio) for DC and Door knocking
  • Performs such other duties as may be directed.

Planning of Recovery Portfolio

  • Ensure extensive planning of Recovery Portfolio exists in Business Centers
  • Monitors the actual outcomes in recovery compares with planning and identify the gaps to overcome the shortcomings
  • Ensures plans to be monitored to achieve monthly and yearly Budget
  • Ensure plan (daily, monthly and yearly) to be synched with each portfolio in recovery streams.
  • Prioritizes execution plan to achieve maximum recovery and prepares daily work assignments for DC/RC teams
  • Assures that DC/RC teams are properly trained and equipped in accordance with the company objectives.

 

DCRC Team Management

  • Prioritizes work to achieve optimal performance and prepare daily working mechanism for teams in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure proper on-the-job training for newly hired staff and in parallel ensure that the entire field force is perfectly equipped to undertake DCRC tasks including PPEs, SPEs and necessary tools
  • Assures that DCRC teams have proper safety briefings and that all work is performed in accordance with safety rules, including instructions on how to interact with customers they meet during their inspections
  • Verifies and validate team performances through regular sample checks
  • Observes teams for their work habits, time management, diligence, attitude and behavioral practices
  • Receives and analyzes daily delinquent disconnect list.
  • Verifies performance of DC/RC teams by next-day re-inspection of portion of routes.
  • Periodically accompany DC/RC teams to area of work to observe their work habits, particularly regarding speed, thoroughness, and dealings with customers.  Advises and guides as necessary.
  • Assured that DC/RC teams have proper safety briefings and that all work is performed in accordance with safety rules, including how to interact with customers they meet during their inspections

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Evaluates and monitors the recovery teams’ progress towards KPIs and business targets and acts where necessary to ensure that the organization’s objectives are achieved
  • Reviews DCRC & CRMC portfolio reports returned to office to assure proper completion of assigned work; Reviews and acts on special comments noted by teams
  • Maintains records necessary to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of DC/RC teams, including number of meters disconnected and reconnected, and percentage of assigned work accomplished.
  • Investigates and reports reasons for failure to perform all work assigned for the day.

HSE Management

  • Carries out Toolbox Talks (TBTs) with the right spirit and as per SOP
  • Conducts MSA and safety walks and surprise visits on site to monitor implementation of safety laws/tools as per defined HSEQ standards and undertakes subsequent corrective measures
  • Conduct D-level meeting with teams to discuss safety issues on site and KE-wide
  • Facilitates team in provision of safety training to concerned individuals on site
  • Implements zero fatality vision through proper adherence with defined safety criterions such as SLA, fire and safety etc.
  • Devises and implements techniques for improvement in working environment; Ensures functional and operational adherence with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures as well as safety and well-being of staff and public

 

 

People Management

  • Identifies training requirements of the Staff; contributes in performance management of direct reports; Manages development, career planning and engagement of subordinates in coordination with HR
  • Handles administrative issues including recruitment, leaves, grievances and other issues; Provides guidance to the direct reports as and when required
  • Establishes team-spirit and ensures seamless interaction among team members; Ensures parity among subordinates with regards to learning and growth opportunities
  • Creates a conducive working environment to build and sustain an engaged and committed team
