Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager (AM) Recovery System is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of recovery systems within the power utility company. The role focuses on ensuring efficiency in recovery operations, improving system performance, and providing actionable insights through data analysis. The AM will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor defaulter accounts, track recovery progress, and enhance recovery strategies to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recovery System Management: Oversee and manage the recovery systems to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of overdue payments.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the recovery process, and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve recovery systems, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Defaulter Management: Track and monitor defaulter cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and coordination with field teams to maximize recovery.
- System Implementation & Updates: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that the recovery system is updated and fully functional according to the latest requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the legal, finance, and field teams, to streamline recovery efforts and maintain accurate records.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all recovery activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare monthly and quarterly recovery performance reports for management.
- Support to Manager: Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager Recovery Strategy, including preparing presentations, reports, and recovery plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1- 2 years of experience in recovery management, recovery strategies or a related field.
- Experience with MS Office mainly Power Point and Excel, CRM software, SAP, Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of the power utility sector is preferred.
