Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Assistant Manager in Receivables Management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the receivables department by overseeing various responsibilities, including reporting, scheme performance analysis, supply business portfolio management, and monthly meetings with clusters and IBCs. The Assistant Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of schemes, enhance distribution visibility, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recovery Schemes Reporting and Analysis
    • Review analytics to ascertain rebates/special rewards given to consumers in compliance with scheme policy, presenting the analysis to auditors and addressing to their queries and implement best practices to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of the recovery schemes.
  • Recovery Schemes Query Resolution from Internal Stakeholders and Regulatory Authorities (NEPRA/Federal Ombudsmen)
    • Proactively engage with internal stakeholders, NEPRA and Federal Ombudsmen to address and resolve recovery scheme related queries in compliance with regulatory standards and policy guidelines.
  • Special Rebate Schemes Operations
    • This requires the implementation of strategic collaboration with a KE-approved NGO to extend exclusive rebate schemes to consumers sourced through the NGO ensuring their eligibility as per policy. Enable NGO representatives to liaise effectively with Customer Care for seamless registration of eligible consumers.
  • IT Development Management
    • This role involves a meticulous approach to IT development processes, requiring strategic thinking, effective problem-solving, and strong coordination skills to drive successful implementation and ongoing system improvements which include preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and conducting comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes for the implementation of new schemes.

 

Experience:

Proven 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, finance and strategic planning.

 

Education:

Minimum Bachelors required.

 

Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting such as MS Excel Power Point, Power BI.
