PURPOSE

 

To catalyze conception and delivery of complex systems process analysis and design of high impact technology projects. Develop technological and managerial process flows to facilitate adoption of new technology/ventures by leading design of To-Be processes and coordinating with all relevant stake-holders. 
The resource will support the team in improving the operational efficiency of KE’s distribution segment by reducing network downtime, through implementation of technological and organizational management tools, which will simultaneously improve the company’s revenue stream.  The incumbent will analyze the effectiveness of current process to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness. The resource will also train and guide the team on process design improvements. He/She will provide technical and analytical support on various process strategies and manage the process design team to achieve the objectives. The resource will also identify any technological or process intervention required to mitigate existing problems faced by the distribution operations via ADMS and SCADA.

 

Knowledge and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferably in engineering), 1+ years of experience.
  • Good understanding of business process development frameworks
  • Familiar with reporting tools like powerBI, etc.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Design internal processes for implementation (40%)

  • Develop processes for internal activities planning and implementation
  • Confirm and report the statuses of milestones from vendors
  • Review the potential dependencies of tasks and report their readiness for field implementation
  • Creation of a dashboard for management to review progress snapshot

Monitoring of implementation Status (30%)

  • Develop a framework to track progress of implementation
  • Identify any bottlenecks and risks for escalation and hence resolution
  • Liaison with operations for shutdowns

Develop and Monitoring of quality framework (30%)

  • Support ADMS team In developing quality standard and ensure their implementation through well-defined processes
  • Monitor and track the quality standard for internal jobs
  • Identify and report potential areas of improvement for quality improvement
