The Assistant Manager organizational Development manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that talent management (TM) programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. This position will be providing support to the senior team members by managing the execution of the following tasks and responsibilities:

 

• Support execution of KE-wide Organizational Development initiatives across performance, talent, succession and culture frameworks.
• Drive operational execution of the Performance Management Framework, including cycle tracking, quality checks, calibration support and PIP governance.
• Support enterprise talent identification through the LEAD program, including data consolidation, analytics and leadership-ready insights.
• Enable Divisional and KE Talent Councils through structured data preparation, succession analytics and readiness deep-dives for critical roles.
• Track and monitor PDPs, successor readiness actions and leadership development interventions for high-potential employees.
• Support design, documentation and rollout of OD frameworks, policies and toolkits, ensuring consistency and scalability across KE.
• Provide OD analytics, dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision making and leadership reviews.
• Partner with PBPs to enable adoption of OD processes, tools and standards, acting as a first line of OD support.
• Support change management for OD initiatives through structured coordination, communication support and stakeholder tracking.

 

Education & Relevant Experience:

Minimum Bachelors of Business Administration (16 years of education)
3-5 Years of Relevant Experience
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors is preferred
