Purpose:-
- As Assistant Manager – Operations responsible for managing assigned recovery agencies and their resources in alignment with centralized recovery operations. My core responsibilities include supporting agencies in achieving SRC recovery targets by preparing and managing the necessary data, assisting line managers with daily report preparation to aid in strategic decision-making, and helping agencies formulate effective recovery schedules. I ensure continuous coordination with recovery partners to gather required data and participate in regular meetings with Recovery Managers, IBC DGMs, and GMs to foster alignment with overall corporate goals. In addition, I evaluate the attempt data submitted by agencies, providing timely and constructive feedback to improve their performance. A key aspect of my role involves conducting a minimum of three field visits per week (totaling 144 annually) to monitor on-ground activities and perform Management Safety Audits (MSA), ensuring operational compliance and productivity. From a data management standpoint, I assess agency performance through data analysis, review survey findings from field operations, and collaborate with IBCs to take appropriate action on inactive accounts or billing discrepancies. I also leverage consumer profiling and payment trend analytics to identify segmentation opportunities and implement targeted, data-driven recovery strategies. Furthermore, I manage all data related to the SRC portfolio via the MIS platform, coordinate reporting activities with recovery agencies, and oversee the compilation of detailed management reports for the GM Operations and Head of Receivable Management.
