Job Purpose:

To support the departmental financial planning and analysis function by managing budgeting, purchase requisitions, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders. The role also involves handling IT project evaluations and administrative matters to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational policies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting & Planning
    • Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Monitor budget utilization and highlight variances
    • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Procurement & Requisition Management
    • Create and process purchase requisitions in line with company policies.
    • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely release of orders.
    • Ensure Timely Payments to vendors
    • Ensure compliance with approval workflows and audit requirements.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Conduct variance analysis and present findings to management.
    • Support IT project cost-benefit analysis and financial feasibility studies.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Liaise with internal departments for smooth execution of processes.
    • Communicate with external stakeholders including vendors and auditors for timely resolution of queries.
  • Administrative Support
    • Handle administrative matters related to IT.
    • Support management in special projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • ACCA /MBA Finance 
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Ariba preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
