1-3 years of experience of HR Operations.

Area of Responsibilities
Transfers, Re designations & Secondments: Review and ensure the flawless execution of end-to-end processes for employee Transfer Rotations, Re-Designation, and Secondment by coordinating with HRBPS and HR digitalization
PMF Appraisal: Collaborate with Payroll, Rewards & HRBPs to annually issue approximately 10,000 letters for PMF Appraisal of MS & NMS employees.
Retirement Planning: Conduct Retirement Planning by reviewing employee HR records to ensure accurate retirement information, reducing the financial impact, and strategically approaching employee transitions.
NMS to MS Conversion Cases: Collaborate with Industrial Relations and Rewards to facilitate the processing of NMS to MS Conversion cases. Review the shared details, execute necessary system actions, and issue letters, ensuring a smooth and seamless progression of careers within the organization.
Employee Birthday Sentiments Project: Lead the Sentiments Project (Khushiyan Baantney mai Paish Qadam) by compiling monthly birthday data, coordinating with Litigation for vetting, and sharing it timely with the vendor for seamless delivery of birthday sweets, fostering a positive work culture.
Quality Check & Process Improvement: Conduct a comprehensive and rigorous quality check by meticulously assessing all lifecycle processes specifically antecedent verification, TOT, FEB etc., and analyze data to uphold operational excellence, minimize any negative impacts and enhance process efficiency by implementing corrective measures derived from quality checks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
