Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting and managing various workstreams of digital payment projects. This position requires an incumbent to effectively serve business needs for driving the roadmap for Digital Payment, create mechanism and implement digital payment technology for KE Customers and Internal Business Unit. The position will be closely liaising with Business and Technology for automation of different reports and development of system controls for digital payment projects, reduce in-efficiencies and use available systems to develop, coordinate and deliver projects. This position is required to ensure related analytical work is being performed for more informed decision making and better representation of results to line managers and leadership. The individual is assigned to lead all on going communication between different internal and external partners and ensure task alignment is present between all. The same shall also ensure internal stakeholder alignment during project execution to ensure that roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder are performed. Provide data analyses reports of billing and payments in accordance with the compliance of company policies. The individual will be required to communicate with different leading partners, to leverage their digital platforms for KE customers, analyze complex digital payment trends and information for better decision making in new digital payment process and leverage data-based insights into initiatives that support business outcomes. The goal of this position is to develop and encourage digital payments, shift customer behavior from conventional mode of payment and explore avenues towards business diversification.

 

Job Description:

  • Communicate and collaborate with different leading partners from different industries to form a strategic partnership to propagate digital payments.
  • Assist to form partnership with telcos to facilitate solving Distribution problem statement such as increasing digital payments outreach, bill acceptability etc.
  • Act to build a concrete digital payment regime with these partners where customers can avail additional benefits while they resort to digital channels.
  • Design initiatives where customer behavior is changed in terms of more digital payments and early payments.
  • Assist in formulating payment process automation strategy together with the development of respective electronic modes of digital payment solution for business process improvement.
  • Examine data strategy module for improvement in quality of operational data.
  • Strong research on New Payment trend and adding new payment options.
  • Keeping a strong note of on-going partnerships between different companies and how each one is adding value to another.
  • Look out for possible vendors and partners who can provide value added services.
  • Evaluating our own touchpoints and what benefit it withholds when offered.
  • Prepare business requirement documents, including documentation of business practices, design of workflows.
  • Work as an intermediary between stakeholder and the technical support teams in relation to development, implementation/ roll outs.

 

Education & Relevant Experience:
BBA / BS (IT preferred) / BCS, minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Utility Sector/ Banking / Fintech. Knowledge of SAP ERP/ISU is preferred.
