Purpose

This position monitors and performs analysis of data extracted from different sources along with gap analysis. These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to manage the processes for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis, see solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset for converting insights into strategic opportunities, use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes, improve sales to meet annual targets WITHIN the limits of organizational policies and SOPs, departmental objectives, business code of conduct and directions/guidelines from supervisor. 

Education

Graduations  / Accounting Certification

Knowledge

  • Business Analysis and Planning 

  • Number Crunching 

  • Forecasting 

  • Knowledge of relevant SAP Modules and other analysis tools like BEX, Qlick View etc 

  • Advance knowledge of MS Office

2-3 years’ relevant experience

Area of Responsibilities

Data Reporting (40%)

  • Prepares and analyzes daily sales, cash reports and various reports for DGMs, GM & Cluster Office 

  • Keeps summaries/reports of pending SIRs, FMRs, RCDC, D-Loss, Recovery and other relevant reports updated 

  • Makes special projects reports i.e. ABC Reporting and coordinate with concerned departments 

  • Ensures monthly reporting of IRB targets/UHC units in coordination with RPR

Data Analysis (40%)

  • Carries out complaints management analysis, analysis of HT & LT mapping and also updating on SAP EDM (Energy Data Management) 

  • Performs scorecard analysis on daily basis 

  • Monitors cycle days wise sales and revenue targets in coordination with CA department 

  • Evaluates unbilled revenue and also data analysis pertaining to aging wise defaulters with paying slabs 

  • Analyzes feeder, PMT losses and data related to back-feeding of feeders and sharing of feeders 

  • Highlights billing related abnormalities w.r.t. feeders sent out 

Area of Responsibility Continued

  • Ensures daily sent out reports including timely updation of new feeders 

  • Formulates projections w.r.t. DL & RR as and when required 

  • Assesses budget-based study on the basis of ground realities

Follow-up & Coordination (20%)

  • Follows-up on resolution of all pending technical, billing and service tickets as per TATs 

  • Checks with CA and RPR about all pending notifications 

  • Liaisons with compliance, Internal audit department, cluster team, RPR, CA, CM, PM and CS teams. 

  • Coordinates with all stakeholders as deemed necessary for routine matters and for other issues that may arise from time to time
