Purpose:
The Assistant Manager Cybersecurity (Endpoint Security) plays a critical role in ensuring KE's endpoint devices are secure and protected from various known cyber-threats and malware.
Responsibilities:
Endpoint Security –
- Conduct Cybersecurity gap analysis
- Vulnerability Assessment IT/OT
- Monitor and identify top human risks related to IT/OT & Cybersecurity to our organization and the behaviors we need to change to mitigate those risks.
- Develop, manage and implement a positive security awareness program, which focuses on changing behaviors both at work and at home
- Incorporate security awareness into classroom and virtual learning, including new hire orientation, trainings, and other events including exit employee revocations.
Security Investigation and Monitoring –
- Monitor computer networks / systems including servers and incoming emails for security issues
- Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents
- Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management
Threat Management –
- Recommending best practices and detecting endpoint vulnerabilities to maintain high security standard
- Work with security team to perform tests and uncover endpoint vulnerabilities and weaknesses
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year experience in cyber security, specially in endpoint security and user awareness.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related technical field.
- Certifications like CEH, CHFI, CISM preferred
