Purpose:

 

The Assistant Manager Cybersecurity (OT Security Engineering) plays an important role in ensuring the security of the organization's OT systems and critical infrastructure. This role possesses specialized knowledge and experience in OT security, as well as a deep understanding of the unique challenges and risks associated with securing industrial control systems and other critical OT infrastructure. The Assistant Manager Cybersecurity (OT Security Engineering) is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, such as NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, etc. The Assistant Manager Cybersecurity OT Security Engineering is responsible for identifying and monitoring threats to the organization's OT systems. This includes researching emerging threats and vulnerabilities, analyzing attack patterns, and developing mitigation strategies.

 

Education:

Experience of at least 1 year in field of cybersecurity, specially in OT Cybersecurity operations

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related technical specialty

Certifications like CEH, CHFI, CC shall be preferred.

 

OT Security & Threat Intelligence

Responsible for ensuring the security of the organization's OT systems, including industrial control systems (ICS), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and other critical infrastructure.

The Assistant Manager Cybersecurity OT Security Engineering is responsible for identifying and monitoring threats to the organization's OT systems. This includes researching emerging OT threats and vulnerabilities, analyzing attack patterns, and developing mitigation strategies.

 

OT Security Engineering

The Assistant Manager Cybersecurity OT Security Engineering is responsible for designing and implementing secure OT architectures and systems, including network and access controls, data encryption, and disaster recovery.

 

OT Incident Response

The Assistant Manager Cybersecurity OT Security Engineering is responsible for managing and responding to security incidents involving OT systems. This includes coordinating incident response efforts, performing forensic investigations, and implementing remediation actions.
