Purpose: AM Cybersecurity (IT Sec Ops and Mon) will provide technical and managerial support to KE’s IT Security Operations Center (SOC) working in a 24x7 operational environment. This role is also responsible for all tasks and management of IT Security Operations Centre and requires daily interaction & reporting to Deputy Manager Cybersecurity (Sec Ops and Mon).
AM Cybersecurity (IT Sec Ops and Mon) will be expected to work and support Deputy Manager Cybersecurity (Sec Ops and Mon) to detect and respond to information security incidents, develop, maintain, and follow procedures for security event alerting, and participate in security investigations.
Education: Minimum 1 Year experience in cybersecurity, specially supervising IT SOC operations
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related technical field.
Certifications like CEH, CHFI, CISM, CC shall be preferred
Areas of Responsibility:
Security Monitoring:
Responsible for security event monitoring, management, and response within IT Landscape
Synergize with AM Cybersecurity (SIEM) for integration and ingestion of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM
Security Operations:
Provide support in managing Security Operations Center.
Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring.
Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt.
Identification and categorization of assets according to critically.
Vulnerability scanning, validation, prioritization, and remediation of timelines
Interaction with different teams and follow ups on the mitigation of reported vulnerabilities
