Job Purpose

Assistant Manager Brand will support the Corporate Brand team in ensuring key narratives are driven on schedule. The AM will assist in writing and creation of Annual Report and other  key narratives including posts, infographics and on-ground activity plans. Exceptional writing skills in English, experience in project management, capability to manage billin g and accrual for the team,

Job Responsibility

  • Support line manager to deliver and execute campaigns/collaterals for Marcom / Digital / Media team.
  • Ensure timely communication support for:
    • AR content edit
    • Designing and branding as per guideline for Permanent Assets
    • Ensuring brand guidelines are communicated at least once a week to all employees via Paish Qadam
    • Liase with photographer/videographer for coverage of key events on urgent/non-urgent basis
  • Manage monthly invoices and accruals for all external agencies interacting with corporate brand team
  • Manage booking of external photographer/videographer on need basis
  • Manage designing with external agency
  • Process invoices for all sponsorships, collabs that are approved by Head of Brands.

Education & Relevant Experience : 2 years of relevant experience in Communication industry along with a Bachelors degree from a renowned university

Knowledge

  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in content writing for digital posts, blogs, articles 
  • Familiarity with all presentations related software’s
  • Highly collaborative team player
