Job Purpose:

This position is seeking a candidate who possesses Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on extracting actionable insights. The role requires the candidate to be able to project continuous process improvement through data analysis and performance metrics. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Professional finance qualifications such as ACCA, CA, or ICAEW preferred 

Responsibilities:

 1. Data-Driven Insights:

• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.

2. Strategic Decision Support:

• Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business objectives.

3. Continuous Improvement through Data:

• Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and performance metrics.
• Implement data-driven improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. 

4. Financial Expertise:

• Apply financial knowledge to analyze and interpret financial data for strategic planning.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reporting processes.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the Manager Performance Management to communicate data-driven insights.
• Facilitate data-driven discussions with various stakeholders to drive informed decision-making

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in translating complex data findings into understandable recommendations. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
