Purpose:

The position is responsible for performing Data Analytics and Reporting and transform data into information. Furthermore, role also requires aiding in developing dashboards that provide information required by the IA management to enable them to assess the control environment of Distribution business and determine steps to review and report identified emerging risks. Position also prepares preliminary reports / data for the review of Manager Data Analytics and Reporting.

 

Responsibilities:

Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Work on companywide data of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the system
  • Collect data and helps in preparation of performance dashboard showing the performance of IBCs/cluster using key KPIs
  • Data normalization and transformation.
  • Assist in preparation of different dashboards to monitor the trends of the key risks and identify potential risk areas.
  • Conduct continuous audit on high risk areas and report exceptions on timely basis to Manager for second level review.
  • Learn and apply different data modelling techniques for efficient use of different data analytic solutions.
  • Assist in follow-up from the auditee regarding the action items agreed when they fall due

Schemes data verification for write-off and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculation

  • Independent extraction and re-calculation of schemes write-off cases pertaining to difference scheme i.e. Qadam Barhao Scheme (QBS), Payment Loyalty Reward (PLR), Current Bill ka Wada etc. offered time to time to chronic defaulters.
  • Perform transactional testing to check compliance of the policies and application thereof for the reward calculation.
  • Independent extraction and re-calculation of data inputs related to schemes which are being used in Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model working.

Requirements:

Professional Accountant (Member of Professional Accounting body registered with IFAC) having overall experience of 0-2 years or part qualified with 2-3 years or equivalent experience
