PURPOSE:

This position ensures all documentation is in place for the successful administration of the job design framework which includes Job profile management, Job Code management and system authorization/ review of Position IDs. The role is also responsible for the governance of these domains in the system and support in the implementation of JE framework.

EDUCATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor of Business Administration with at least 2 - 4 year of experience

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Role Clarification/ Role Design Management
    1. Maintain and track the RC documents database
    2. Manage the signed RCs repository for record-keeping
    3. Identify and propose process improvements to streamline job evaluation processes
    4. Data Collection: Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data and information regarding Org structures and RCs
       
  2. Job Architecture in HRMS
    1. Profile Management: Ensure timely creation and maintenance of job profiles in the system as per most recent Org structures and supporting RCs. Create mapped job codes, matching them with relevant RCs for effective tracking
    2. Position ID Creation: Validate and approve PID requests, facilitating PBPs with real-time RC lists and codes. Troubleshoot system-related issues and propose solutions
    3. Coordinate with HRBPs and PCD for end-to-end management of job profiles, job codes and position IDs.
       
  3. Support for Job Evaluation Cycle
    1. Schedule and Facilitate: Coordinate job evaluation cycles, schedule meetings, and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
    2. Ensure Compliance: Verify that all requirements are met, seek clarifications, and ensure adherence to policies for finalization of job evaluations.
    3. Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all job evaluations
    4. JE Committee Management: committee bench strength, training requirements, performance of committee members
       
  4. Reporting and Policy Support
    1. Reporting relating to RCs, Job Profiles and Job Evaluations: Compile and prepare reports based on collected data for management review
    2. Support for Policy Review and Development: support in the review of existing policies for identifying areas of improvement and collect feedback from external markets during periodic reviews for policy development/ modification
    3. Any additional support tasks assigned within the area of Total Rewards
