2. BASIC JOB FUNCTION (SUMMARY) | |||||||||
To assist Manager in Technical matters pertaining to Installation and Maintenance & protection of Grid Station Equipment | |||||||||
3. KEY RESULT AREAS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES / RESPONSIBILITES | |||||||||

1- To carry out tasks / jobs assigned by Line managers | |||||||||
2- Assessment of Technical Matters pertaining to control & protection. | |||||||||
3- Coordination with AQA related to control & protection matter. | |||||||||
4- Complete testing / trouble shooting of control & protection schemes. | |||||||||
5- Ensure preventive maintenance and trouble free operation of equipments installed in grid station | |||||||||
6- Ensure timely rectification of faults, repair/ replacement of faulty equipments | |||||||||
7- Execute Preventive Maintenance program for grid stations in the region. | |||||||||
8- Coordinate for uploading of grid data on SAP | |||||||||
9- Provide technical guidance and instructions to sub-ordinates | |||||||||
10- Plan replacement of obsolete/faulty equipments and ensure availability of necessary spares | |||||||||
11- Remain on call 24/7 and ensure quick response incase emergency/ breakdowns | |||||||||
12- Ensure implementation of Safety Guidelines and co-ordinate with HSEQ & CHSEQ. | |||||||||
13- Arrange sessions and trainings for employees regarding latest company policies and SOPs | |||||||||
4. WORK RELATIONSHIPS | |||||||||

5. PERSON SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB: | |||||||||
a) Education: B.E. (Electrical/Electronics), M.E. (Power/Energy Management) preferred, or B-Tech Hons. (eligible for KE Internal Candidates only) | |||||||||
b) Experience: Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field | |||||||||
