Job Purpose:
Responsible for assisting and managing workstreams of Alternate Delivery Channel and to support the development of ADC projects. This position requires to ensure related analytical work is performed for more informed decision making, better representation of results to leadership. The individual is assigned to lead all on-going communication between different partners and ensure task alignment is present between all. The same shall also ensure inter-departmental alignment during ADC project execution to ensure that roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder are performed. The position will be closely liaising with Business and Technology for automation of different reports and development of system controls for ADC projects, to reduce inefficiencies and use available systems to develop, coordinate and deliver projects. The individual will be required to communicate with different leading partners, to leverage ADC platforms. The goal of this position is to develop ADC, shift customer behavior from conventional mode of payment and explore avenues towards business diversification.

 

Job Description:

  • Communicate with various leading Banking partners to form a strategic partnership to develop ADC payment mode.
  • Assist to form partnership with Fintech to increase payment outreach, acceptability etc.
  • Act as the central convergence between project stakeholders to ensure adequate processes are met.
  • Collaborate and align all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all project deliverables are on track.
  • Assist in formulating payment process automation strategy with the right project management skills to ensure its execution is performed.
  • Evaluate the existing customer data inputs and introduce means for the improvement in quality of operational data.
  • Conduct thorough market research on new partnership between leading partners, payment technology and ADC and digital payment trend.
  • Look out for possible partners who can provide different payment services with constant evaluation on the ongoing projects.
  • Design dashboards, infographic presentations that showcase performance and major KPI pertinent to payment landscape of KE. The same will be communicated to the management and operations for visibility.
  • Prepare business requirement documents, including documentation of business practices, design of workflows.
  • Ensure that all roles and responsibilities of every project stakeholder are well defined and communicated, and a strong follow-up is required for its performance.
  • Work as an intermediary between stakeholders and the technical support teams in relation to development and project rollout.

 

Education & Relevant Experience:
BBA / BS (IT preferred) / BCS, minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Utility Sector/ Banking / Fintech. Knowledge of SAP ERP/ISU is preferred.
