• To arrange surveys, preparation of Plans, 3D modeling and spot checks different Projects as requested by various user departments of KE.
• To monitor the execution of Projects through subordinates, vendors and ensure timely completion with effective quality control.
• To prepare and submit daily models with costing involve in Projects
• To assist DGM/GM for the preparation of catalogue and models
• Participation in designated Safety Committee Meetings (B level, D level Committee Meetings) As per frequency mentioned in KE-SP-004 SOP
• Excellent command of AUTO Cad, sketchup, V ray, enscape and others 3 D software.
