Assistant Engineer CQC

Job Purpose

To ensure the highest standards of quality across commercial and technical projects within the cluster, including New Connection schemes and MYT Projects. The role demands proactive inspection, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement aligned with company SOPs and safety standards.

Education & Relevant Experience

• DAE/B.TECH. in Electrical or relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles.
• Familiarity with utility operations and commercial project execution is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections across assigned projects, ensuring compliance with defined standards.
• Submit inspection reports using the approved CQC format, including pictorial evidence.
• Ensure error-free inspections with no unreported discrepancies post-submission.
• Review and align inspections with existing and new SOPs.
• Deliver quarterly presentations on SOPs, highlighting learnings and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address recurring discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Highlight safety hazards during surveys and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Stay updated with proposed and actual changes in Safety & Quality regulations so the organization’s HSE policies remain current and relevant.
