Purpose
The candidate will be required to Assist DM Production in efficient utilization of resources in order to achieve daily and monthly production targets as per SOP of repair
Education
Minimum B-Tech.
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience or DAE in engineering with minimum 4 years of experience
Knowledge of Switchgear equipment repair processes, design and material, testing and fault diagnosis will be added advantage
Areas of Resposnibility
Shop floor planning in efficient manner to keep the lead time to desired minimum value (Job Allocation)
Assisting AM Production in Daily and Monthly reconciliation of raw material issued and used in various processes as per defined SOPs
Implementation of 5S philosophy in designated areas. Participate in 5S workshops and implementing actions
Maintaining a cooperative environment with interfaced departments for smooth running of TSW operations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality switchgear solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Assisting AM production in maintaining database of individual performances, behavioural/ disciplinary issues and assisting Manager Production for required corrective actions
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensuring full compliance with safety standards and SOPs and regular couching of reporting team to achieve zero error
Ensuring full compliance with security SOPs and regular couching of reporting team to achieve zero error
